Overview:

The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium is one of only six major zoo and aquarium combinations in the United States. Explore 77 acres of park with more than 4,000 animals representing 475 species, including 20 threatened or endangered species.

Dinosaurs!, a special limited-time exhibition allows you to step into the shadows of the giants of yesteryear. This immersive experience takes place throughout the park and is included with admission! This extraordinary journey through time allows guests to encounter some of the largest animals to ever walk the Earth. From a baby Triceratops to the tyrant king of the lizards, Tyrannosaurus rex, over 30 different animatronic dinosaurs will be on display throughout the Zoo grounds. There’s a dinosaur around every corner!

We can’t visit Pittsburgh without stopping at the Strip District for shopping and riding the unique Duquesne Incline to get the best panoramic high views from Mt Washington. Even dinner is included!
